Bongaon Dishari Swarojgar Goshthi is still in its initial years but it has a group of committed members who have stood through thick and thin of the organization in its philanthropic ventures. The executive body of the organization is as follows :

Apart from the executive committee members, the organization also has some office members who help in regular dealings of the office. Along with these, there is a team of dedicated masons who are employed for construction of toilets in various villages and a supervisor is also appointed for monitoring these activities at each of the individual blocks where the organization currently works. At present, the organization has its main office at Bongaon town and few other small units has also been established in Deganga and Aamdanga blocks of North 24 Pargana district and another in Thakurpukur-Mahestala area of South 24 Pargana district since the organization has recently began working in this locality. Since these are all rented places, Bongaon Dishari dreams of establishing its own office in the heart of the Bongaon town. They have been able to buy a small piece of land but construction of the building is yet to begin. Over time the organization definitely plans to expand so that it can offer opportunities of employment in its limited scope to as many families as possible.
